So fucking happy i went back to your previous uploads and found this, i was so sad there was no more dark souls before i found this.

Wish it was on YouTube though, if only rt.com had a player video player, i have to watch in fucking 240p... i know my internet is shit but i can do 480p on YouTube which is like watching something in 4k compared to this haha.

How are we all supposed to enjoy our schadenfreude if y'all keep trying to be so caring for others' wellbeing?

27:20 Its pronounced DES-oh-lis kind of like the word desolate, Bolen. :D You're still great though, can't get enough Game Attack and Death Days

Hey, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't having both weapons equipped like that mean the weight of both is constantly applied? If he unequipped one, he could probably wear heavier gear. Could still change between weapons, just not on the fly, which he doesn't do much anyway.

You're right the weight of both applies. But at least while he was in Blighttown he was still switching enough on the fly that it was worth it. Now it's less common but it still comes up where he wants versatility over big damage and vice versa.

Asking Craig to navigate the menus more is asking for trouble.

Every week Craig resets and we need to see him play as if it was a hack and slash for 1 hour untill he remembers better.

Man, I wish this effort was put to something else. Obviously, I'm in the minority for not liking this game. It's just that there isn't enough GA content on a daily basis, so I hate skipping these. Plus, I want to support them so they grow--just without this series.

I got your back. I would much rather them play Zelda BOTW. Hopefully if in a few weeks Craig beats Dark Souls and they can start streaming Zelda.

I love Bolen's incredulity right at the end. "I'm still having to remind this fucker to lock on and you want me to teach him parrying." Paraphrased, naturally.

But yeah, if you want to play sword and board (or spear and board, I suppose), lock on is your best friend. And much as Sam got a little obnoxious last week, he wasn't wrong about keeping close. The Havel fight is a perfect example. Craig was staying at a range where Havel could hit him but he couldn't hit Havel. That is literally the worst place to be. Credit to Craig for beating Havel legit (i.e. not taking advantage of the fact that if you get in close you can literally walk around him for a backstab) but that fight was about ten times harder than it needed to be. Then again, doing things the 'right' way usually also means the boring way.

I thought I'd get way more tired of this without the slow parts cut (couldn't watch the uncut videos during Death Week they were so slow and frustrating). But now that Craig (mostly) knows what he's doing (sort of), these videos are two hours of straight up good entertainment. Good job, guys!

If Craig want's to fight with his shield up, he should go grab the Wolf Ring. It'll boost his poise by 40pts, making it easier to block heavy hits. Its easy to get. Just go to the hidden bonfire near the locked door in Darkroot Garden, pass the 3 ents hiding in ambush and keep right, kill the living tree blocking the hidden path and go up. There will be a stone knight there, kill him or run past. Chop down the other living tree and run past the stone knight. Good Luck with Sen's Fortress.
