I was a Pro Wrestler for 9 months. When they train you, they tell you two pretty important bits of info.

#1. Their is no 401k/retirement plan.  You are getting a contract to be paid under the table.  When you are done with wrestling...that's yet. You might find a gig here an there but that's only if you become well known.

#2. The Slow Crumble. You train your body for a long period of time to be able to take slams, land, an wrestle. After you stop with wrestling and training, your body just breaks down. That's why you see a lot of 60 to 70 year old wrestlers still wrestling or at least still training. The very moment that they stop, it starts to become almost like a death clock to you.  You know your going to die from your body slowly crumbling and you can almost see up to the very day that your going to die.

These two are the main reason why its so hard for any wrestler to completely retire.  That's why you still see Ric Flair and Hogan either wrestling or training.

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing like walking out to a crowd of 100-100,000 people cheering or booing your name. But the sad reality is...you go to an event for two hours just to wrestle a 2-25 minute match then your leaving after the event is over just to fly to your next event, while you are waiting, you do social promotions, train, see a doctor, go the an show repeat. You probably have maybe 1 to 3 day a month to go home an see your family. You do this for 10, to 25 plus years. It will start to break you down.

When I was doing it. I would get off of work at 6am get home sleep until 830am go to the gym from 930am-1230pm have to drive 117 miles just to be with the other wrestlers and do training with them from 230pm to 730pm then drive another 117 miles just make it to my full time job at McDonalds at 10pm then get off at 6am an repeat for 6 days a week. I was doing that for 7 months before I even started wrestling at events. When I started wrestling at events, my schedule stayed the same but I went from doing that from 6 days to 5 days a week.

But its 9 years since I was doing all that an even up to all this time away, my body is slowly starting to crumble. I am 29 years old an I have arthritis in both of my shoulders, a torn ACL, a shatter tail bone that has been shattered for 9 years, and some back problems.

But if I had the choice to do it again...I would.

The change to the 'PG era' in WWE might have been huge on their profits and probably better for the wrestlers health, but they completely changed who they were targeting to watch and it got so boring for a lot old school fans.

It was a great 10-13 minutes. Not because I hate Reigns (He needs to be less one dimensional but he is not as bad has people say IMHO) but just seeing the combination of the real hate people have at this point, plus WWE pretty much trolling everyone with that opening segment.

Would have been cool if Kane fought Undertaker instead.

Wrestling is not my thing, but I can respect people's opinions. I would never watch it and it would suck, for fans of GA, who aren't wrestling fans, if they took focus from something else to make it. I think that it might fit better in SA. Either way they're clearly passionate about it and I can't hate on that.

Taker's matches have been real shitty ever since Brock Lesnar gave him a serious concussion in 2014- hasn't been the same since- real fucked up.

It's not right man. He had to hang up his boots one day, but a WWE without The Undertaker, is something I don't think I can ever get used to. #ThankYouTaker

Amen brother- Reigns didn't deserve the honour- Taker should have retired after WM28 or 31- passing Wyatt the torch of 'deadman'/mysterious character.

That's exactly what I said at the time. I don't understand why they can't get behind Wyatt. It baffles me that he dropped the belt to Orton just shy of two months
