For the past two years or so, I've been attending Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, for the Music Business Bachelors program. Many of the classes that I've had all revolve around effective marketing tools, self-branding, and most things you'd talk about in any business degree program.

The one thing that I don't see discussed enough in class is community, and the idea of cultivating a community comprised of your most passionate and dedicated fans. This is essential to the growth and development of companies today. Communities, when banded together, can accomplish truly amazing things; Operation Supply Drop and Extra life are just some of the examples of the RT community coming together to do something awesome.

This is probably the biggest reason why I'm a Rooster Teeth fan. Being a part of this community has been such an incredible journey. I've met tons of amazing people, played countless forum games; I mean look at my profile picture! I'm currently role playing as a Holden Caulfield-esque warrior with a Super Scope from Super Smash Bros in the gifQuest RPG. What other website could you see such weird, passionate, and truly dedicated people, all in the same place?

I'm so excited for the future of RT as a company, and I'm looking forward to all the great content that will be produced!

Happy 12th Anniversary, Rooster Teeth! smiley7.gif
